Today I would like to introduce you "Sunday Brunch Buffet" in A la Carte style called

“VIE Love Brunch"


VIE Love Brunch is a concept of Sunday Brunch at La VIE – Creative French Cuisine


Price would be:

THB 1,200++ per person with soft drinks

THB 2,500++ per person with free-flow Champagne and selected beverages


Operation hour: every Sunday 12.00pm. - 3.00pm.

La VIE – Creative French Cuisine is located on 11th floor of VIE Hotel Bangkok - MGallery Collection. It is very easy to get there by BTS Sky Train Ratchathewi station

La VIE – Creative French Cuisine

Due to it is a la carte buffet, we do not need to order everything at once. Service staff suggests that ordering one by one is better so that customer can taste fresh food dish by dish.

There are many zones for seating in cozy atmosphere.

There is classical music playing by violin player together with pianist during brunch time.

The menus are separated as below picture. You do not have to order by menu sequence.

Croissant...soft texture with smell of milk and butter

Serving while it is still hot which is the highlight that you should not miss.

(Even while I am writing this review, I am still thinking about it)

“VIE Love Brunch"

does not have only a la carte menu buffet but also have buffet line with oysters, shrimps and sliced beef.

Staffs are willing to service with smile. When I pick up shrimps from the buffet line, service staff offers her help to peel off shrimps for me and will bring it to my table. It is such an incredible service.

Now, I will explain each categories of "VIE Love Brunch" A la Carte Buffet

Starting with:

“EGG BENEDICT"
- SMOKED SALMON WITH CAVIAR
- SAUTEED SPINACH
- ENGLISH BACON
At the bottom, there is bread and other layer we can choose what to put on. For myself, I order SMOKED SALMON WITH CAVIAR, on top with Poached Egg and topped with spices sauce.

“SCRAMBLED EGG & OMELET"
- TRUFFLE PASTE.
- SWEET BASIL AND SUNDRIED TOMATO.
- PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA.

I order scrambled egg mixed with everything.

Smell so good and taste so great!!!

Now come to real “STARTER"
- WILD MUSHROOM SALAD WITH CHAMPAGNE VINEGAR.
- AHI TUNA NICOISE SALAD.
- FRENCH SMOKED DUCK WITH MANGO.
- SOFT SHELL CRAB SALAD WITH AIOLI CREAM.
- PAN FRIED FOIE GRAS WITH GLAZED PEACH AND RASPBERRY COULIS.

"FRENCH SMOKED DUCK WITH MANGO"

Both taste and smell are so great.

“SOUP"
- MUSHROOM CAPPUCCINO.
- LOBSTER BISQUE.

" Lobster Bisque"

The original way to eat this soup is to drink like coffee.

You will get a full taste of the soup.

But I just sip a bit by a bit then when I used to with the smell and taste, just do it as the original way.

“PASTA"
- SPAGHETTI MEMTAIKO.
- PANZEROTTI MUSHROOM WITH TRUFFLE CREAM.
- FETTUCCINI BOLOGNESE.

"SPAGHETTI MENTAIKO"
Spaghetti mixed with Mentaiko Sauce.

"PANZEROTTI MUSHROOM WITH TRUFFLE CREAM"

It looks like fresh Gyoza topped with mushroom cream sauce.

It just tastes so good.

“MAIN DISH"
- SNOW FISH WITH MUSHROOM RAGOUT AND FISH VOLUTE EMULSION.
- SLOW COOKED BEEF CHEEK WITH POTATO PUREE.
- 150 DAYS GRAIN FED RIB EYE WITH POTATO PUREE WITH RED WINE JUS.
- NZ LAMB CHOP WITH VEGETABLE RAGOUT ROSEMARY JUS.
- YELLOW CORN FED BABY CHICKEN WITH RISOTTO THYME JUS.
*BREAD SELECTD: MINI FRENCH BAGGIETTE, CROISSANT, SOFT ROLE

It is a beef menu
"150 DAYS GRAIN FED RIB EYE WITH POTATO PUREE WITH RED WINE JUS"
You can tell them how you would like it to cook. For me, I order very well done cook, beef is still tasty and soft.

“DESSERT"
- BERRIES WITH CHAMPAGNE SABYYON.
- CREME BRULEE.
- APPLE TART TATIN WITH CALVADOS CARAMEL.
- CHOCOLATE FONDANT WITH VANILLA SAUCE.
- FRESH FRUIT OR CHEESE PLATE.
- ICE CREAM AND SORBET.

For ice-creame, there are 2 tastes; Strawberry, Green Tea and Vanilla

"CREME BRULEE"
Not too sweet which is very good.

"CHOCOLATE FONDANT WITH VANILLA SAUCE"

Topped with vanilla sauce with smell of vanilla

Ending with mixed fruits

Due to it is a Sunday Brunch in A la Carte Buffet style, we can order everything on the menus and just stay still wait for them to and serve you.

I like it because it makes me feel like I eat a special dish from chef.

Food portion is not too big or to small, both design and taste are good.

There is also variety of menus for you to choose more than enough.

Service staffs are very nice and provide a very good service.

After order food, we do not have to wait that long.

If you like special menus, this Sunday Brunch would be another choice for you to consider.
